GANZ

It's about that time. Time for some new music. I guess it's always that time right? Introducing Ganz, one of many up and coming talented producers from the Netherlands . I've been sleeping on this guy unfortunately, but it's never too late to discover new tunes.

Trap, hip-hop, electronic, bass, dubstep or whatever you want to call his music, it's straight up crazy. Oh my days! This guy is super talented and his tunes are full of energy. Here are some of my favourites. Turn up yo speakers!

DJ Snake & Dillon Francis - Get Low

Ok guys I know I am a bit late on this but who cares. I as most likely exaggerating when I say this, but this is the coolest song I've ever heard in my whole life. Holy smoking rocket sauce, this track bangs hard oh my gosh, right in the sweet spot I say. Crazy trap/electro/bass/iguana-acid blended with Middle Eastern infusions. Guaranteed to get even the shyest booty shakin' like their phones are vibratin'!

BOOM

Thank me now or thank me later

Beauty & The Beats Vol. 1

Check out this awesome free compilation of super kiff and cool South African electronic sounds offered up by local label Drk&Lvly Records. Can you say "value for money"? How about value for no money! This excellent selection showcases some of the best sounds from Cape Town, Jozi and elsewhere in Mzansi, with talents such as Richard The Third a.k.a Maramza (check out his track Shambok, it skops hard), Phizisict, The Watermark High, Veranda Panda, Dank and more emerging local artists that will make you say "Yoh!". The beats contained herein range from super smooth chill-tronic to banging electronic trap and glitch to drum 'n bass, and this wide variety really showcases the talent that South Africa has to offer the world of electronica at the moment. And in true South African fashion, it's mahala! Thanks guys! Check it out:

Thursday Stumble Vol. 3

The time has come once again (Thursday that is) for me to share some bumping tracks that I've stumbled across on the interweb that is so vast and ever expanding. This week's selection includes some trap/bass, electro roboto vibes, deep house, French house and electronica to get your living room dancefloor ready to go. Perhaps even some tunes for that musical sanctuary we all know and love, the shower! Standard.

AlunaGeorge - You Know You Like It (DJ Snake remix) (free download)

A chilled bassy and spacey brand new remix from DJ Snake, kinda reminds me of Hold Yuh (Major Lazer remix) by Gyptian. Check out his much heavier Yeezus remix posted earlier this month here.

Oxford - Combo (free download)

A groovy disco type number similar to the work of one of my personal favourite French producers Yuksek, with a sumptuous bassline and some nice guitars that achieves a mellow yet funky vibe.

Kris Menace feat. Black Hills - Waiting For You (Oliver Remix) (Download link)

A funkeh little remix from SSSB favourites Oliver with their signature retro-yet-futuristic vibe.

Snakehips - Make It (free download)

A crazy trap/bass anthem with the right balance where it ain't too heavy but it ain't playin' round neither!

Kaytranada - Free Things In Life (Download link)

This is a super-dope head-boppin bass track to jam with the homies in your Cadillac, six woofers and four amps.

Levi - X-ing (free download)

This relatively unknown French producer's sound could be described as Kavinsky-lite (which is not a bad thing). Cool epic electronica that has a strange progression to it that seems to just work.

Faul feat. Wad Ad - Changes (free download)

Oh my days. This song is life changing. As a not-so-big fan of deep house, this is personally the best deep house song I've ever heard. So chilled and groovy with a beautiful chant of children singing and some silky smooth saxophone, this song is one of SSSB's best of the year without a doubt. Shout out to Deep Jams for discovering this masterpiece.

And there you have it for this Thursday's stumblization. Hope you enjoy the tracks and give some feedback!
